About
I am Qazi Fazli Azeem, a 26 year old Asperger Savant who lives in Karachi, Pakistan. I have the full range of Autistic Spectrum Disorders , yet have overcome most of them through unorthodox methods and self improvement. I found out about autism last year (2006) in october, and since then have spread awareness about Autism in Pakistan and across the world through the media. Nearly all of my teachers were afraid of my questions which they could not answer, hence I never got good marks in school. Neither was I popular due to my obsessions with topics like nuclear physics, computer security and comparative religion. My dyscalculia did not make things easier, and I had to leave the computer science degree I was studying as I cannot work with mathematics.
I never stopped working and studying on my own, an average day for me is 14-16 hours of non-stop work and reading, my high reading and learning speed is due to Hyperlexia, an Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Consequentially, I have the following official designations:
I have trained more than two thousand multimedia professionals in the last 5 years, as well as the current generation of fashion photographers in karachi: Rizwan-ul-Haq, Jimmy Zahoor, Arij Mirza, Zeeshan Javed, Hamdan Parwani, Jimmy’s Studio and Hakim Sons Studio.
I am also a Graphic Designer(since the last 14 years) and have been interviewed on ARY (TV) , Geo (TV), Business Plus (TV), Indus Vision (TV) and Fm101 (Radio), and recently in the American Chronicle and the Los Angeles Chronicle newspapers of America.
I have created advertising campaigns for some of the largest brands in Pakistan: Land Rover, Diamond Gallery, American Express (Travel), Gul Ahmed, Goldmark, JOFA Jewelry, IBM, Arena Multimedia, Hamdard Group (Rooh Afza), CNBC Pakistan, PIA Duty Free, AT&T, ABB Group, FPCCI, Gunsmoke, One Potato Two Potato, Grannito Tiles, Habib Bank, Admore Oil, PSO, BBQ Tonight, Marriott, Sheraton and Nandos.

This blog has been set up to tell my story, how I deal with Autism, Aspergers Syndrome and the Autistic Spectrum Disorders everyday. If I have done it, other people can do it too.
